Product Description
Constructed from B-12 matte white acetate cloth, these wire markers are specifically formulated to resist oil and heat, making them suitable for applications involving varnish dips or baking cycles. The wire marker format includes 36 markers per card, with a total of 25 cards per pack, ensuring ample supply for various labeling needs.
These markers provide compliance with industry standards such as ASTM D 1000 and ASTM D 2979. The adhesive is a permanent thermosetting rubber, ensuring a strong bond to low surface energy materials. With a maximum service temperature of 105 °C (221 °F) and a minimum application temperature of 10 °C (50 °F), they maintain performance across a range of environments.
Additional features include resistance to corrosion, humidity, and UV exposure, making them suitable for harsh conditions. The markers are designed for durability, with a thickness of 0.008 inches (0.203 mm).
