Product Description
The Class 5000 Smart Meter (H50) incorporates advanced dual protocol communications, enabling it to connect simultaneously with up to two energy monitoring systems, including Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Measurement & Verification (M&V) reporting tools. With a four-line LCD display that includes backlighting, this meter offers clear visibility of critical data.
Designed for commercial and industrial usage, it operates under a wide range of conditions, with a minimum ambient temperature of -4 °F (-20 °C) and a maximum of 122 °F (50 °C). The device supports 3 or 4 wire input voltage configurations and is capable of measuring frequencies of 50 Hz and 60 Hz. The accuracy rate of ±1% from 1% to 100% of the rated load ensures reliable performance.
Equipped with three split-core current sensors, the meter provides a current sensor output of 2 V and is housed in a NEMA 4X enclosure for added durability. Communication options include LonWorks TP/FT-10 and Modbus TCP/IP protocols. The Class 5000 meter is compliant with CE and UL/CUL regulatory standards.
