Product Description
The Class 5000 (H50) Smart Meters are designed for advanced energy monitoring, featuring dual protocol communications that allow simultaneous connections to two separate energy monitoring systems, such as Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Measurement & Verification (M&V) tools. The device is equipped with a large 4-line LCD display and supports both RS485 and Ethernet communication protocols.
With a total current capacity of 3200 A, this submeter facilitates comprehensive monitoring of electrical usage in commercial and industrial settings. It operates within a temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C and can function effectively in environments with humidity levels up to 95% non-condensing. The Class 5000 meter is fully electronic and adheres to regulatory approvals including CE and UL/CUL standards.
It provides an accuracy of ±1% across a load range of 1% to 100% and includes three split-core current sensors for enhanced measurement precision. The input voltage configuration allows for both 3 or 4 wire setups, making it versatile for various applications. This model does not include a modem, ensuring straightforward installation in diverse environments.
