Product Description
The two-way globe valve features a half-inch female NPT connection and a flow coefficient of 4.7 Cv, making it suitable for controlling chilled or hot water with up to 50% glycol content. This valve is designed for HVAC applications and offers precise control over flow rates.
Constructed with a valve body made of red brass, this valve includes a stainless steel stem with a travel distance of 0.75 inches (20 mm). The valve seat and plug are also made of brass, ensuring durability and reliability. With a maximum operating pressure of 217 psi (1500 kPa) and a maximum differential pressure of 240 psi (1655 kPa), it maintains ANSI Class III leakage standards, allowing for less than 0.05% of Cv leakage.
Regulatory approval includes CRN no. 0C0861.9087YTN/0C0861.120. The valve operates effectively within a temperature range from 36 °F (2 °C) to 248 °F (120 °C), making it versatile for various environments. The valve body pattern is designed in a two-way configuration, and its flow characteristic is set to equal percentage, which allows for a 50:1 rangeability.
