Product Description

This 2-way flanged globe valve is engineered for optimal performance in HVAC systems, featuring a flow characteristic that allows for precise control. With a maximum operating pressure of 400 psi (2758 kPa) and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F (120 °C), this valve is capable of handling various media including chilled or hot water with up to 50% glycol, as well as 100 psi saturated steam. The valve stem travel measures 1.5 in (38 mm) and is constructed from stainless steel, ensuring durability and reliability.

Designed with an ANSI Class 250 flange rating, the valve body is made of cast iron, conforming to ASTM A126 Class B standards. The valve's flow coefficient is rated at 150 CV (129 Kvs), and it provides a rangeability of 50:1, which is critical for applications requiring precise flow adjustments. Notable features also include a leakage rating of ANSI Class III, indicating less than 0.05% of Cv leakage, and compatibility with various actuators for different control types.
