Product Description
This 3-way diverting flange globe valve is designed for HVAC applications, offering precise control with a linear flow characteristic. The valve features a maximum operating pressure of 400 psi (2758 kPa) and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F (120 °C). The valve body is constructed from cast iron, complying with ASTM A126 Class B standards, and has a flange rating of ANSI Class 250.
With a Cv value of 160 CV (138 Kvs), this valve ensures efficient flow management. The valve stem travels 1.5 inches (38 mm) and is made of stainless steel, providing durability and reliability. It operates by closing Port A when the stem is pushed down. The valve is compatible with chilled or hot water media, with up to 50% glycol, and is not suitable for steam or fuels. Leakage rates for Port A and Port B conform to ANSI Class III standards, ensuring minimal flow loss.
For precise control, actuators are available to suit various control types. The valve dimensions include an overall length of 14.500 inches (368 mm) and a height of 14.063 inches (357.2002 mm), with a 4-inch (100 DN) flanged pipe connection.
