Product Description
The 3-way butterfly valve, with a pipe connection size of 10 inches, is suitable for chilled or hot water systems and can handle steam applications at pressures up to 50 psi. It has a valve body made from carbon steel and features a 316 stainless steel disc, ensuring durability in demanding environments.
This valve operates with a manual hand wheel and is equipped with a fail-in-place actuator, rated for a 75% duty cycle and compliant with NEMA 4X IP66/67 standards. The actuator provides two-position and floating control signals, making it versatile for various applications. The valve has a maximum body pressure rating of ASME/ANSI Class 150 and maintains a leakage rate of 0%.
With a valve rangeability ratio of 100:1, it offers precise control of fluid flow. The valve is designed to operate efficiently within a temperature range of -22 °F to 400 °F (-30 °C to 204 °C) and is not suitable for use with fuels or modulating steam. The valve’s start position is normally closed, and it features a modified linear, unidirectional flow characteristic.
