Honeywell VH7F7LPF2/M
Butterfly Valve, 3-Way, CL150, 2" 2-10VDC
Product Description
The 3-way butterfly valve operates effectively in both chilled and hot water systems, as well as cooling tower applications. It is capable of handling two-position steam applications with a maximum pressure of 50 psi. The valve features a 2-inch pipe connection and is constructed from a carbon steel body with a 316 stainless steel disc. The valve seat is made from RTFE, ensuring durability in various operating conditions.
This valve supports modulating control and has a rangeability ratio of 100:1, allowing for precise adjustments in flow. The actuator, identified as MBP7LRF2/U, is fail-in-place and operates within a temperature range of -22 °F to 122 °F (-30 °C to 50 °C), while being able to manage media temperatures up to 400 °F (204 °C). The valve is designed to maintain a maximum differential pressure of 150 psi (1034 kPa) and has a leakage rate of 0%.
It is essential to note that this valve is not suitable for use with fuels or modulating steam. The connection type is flanged, with a flange rating of ASME/ANSI Class 150, and includes four flange bolts for secure installation. The valve's flow characteristic is modified linear and unidirectional, providing consistent performance.
