Product Description
The Pneumatic Zone Valve is designed for managing the flow of water and steam across various applications. This valve features a brass body and is available in multiple fitting types and configurations. With a size range from 1/2 to 1-1/4 inches, it is suitable for diverse installation environments.
Constructed with a stainless steel valve stem and brass valve plug and seat, this valve ensures durability and reliability. The valve operates in a normally open position and supports a maximum diaphragm pressure of 30 psi (205 kPa). It can function effectively in ambient temperatures from 40 °F (4 °C) to 230 °F (110 °C) and humidity levels ranging from 5% to 95% RH.
Moreover, the two-way straight-through valve body features an external NPT union outlet and an internal NPT inlet, with a flow coefficient of 0.63 CV (0.54 Kvs). The actuator spring range is adjustable between 3 to 10 psi (21 to 69 kPa), while the valve provides a close-off capability of 150 psid at 20 psi (1034 kPad at 138 kPa).
