The 3-way resilient seated butterfly valve, with a pipe connection size of 5 inches, is compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 flange standards and features a lugged flange type. It accommodates a maximum operating pressure of 232 psi and a maximum media temperature of 250 °F, making it suitable for chilled and hot water applications with up to 60% glycol. The valve body is constructed from epoxy powder coated ductile iron (ASTM A536), while the valve disc is made of 304 stainless steel and the seat material is EPDM.

It incorporates an electronic fail-safe actuator (MBE7U6BH/U), rated NEMA 4X IP66/67, which ensures reliable operation under various conditions. The actuator functions with a modulating control signal and has a leakage rate of 0%. The valve operates with a rangeability ratio of 10:1 and a flow characteristic that is modified linear.

Regulatory approvals include CE and cULus certifications. Operating temperatures range from -22 °F to 122 °F, and the valve is not suitable for use with steam or fuels. For manual operation, a 7 mm hex crank is supplied, and the valve start position is set to Port A Normally Closed. The maximum differential pressure is rated at 200 psi, ensuring effective control for various applications.
