Resilient Seated 3-Way Butterfly Valve 18" 2-10VDC
Product Description
The 3-way resilient seated butterfly valve is engineered for effective control in chilled, hot, or cooling tower water systems. This valve accommodates pipe sizes from 2 to 24 inches for two-way applications and up to 18 inches for three-way configurations. Its robust construction features a valve body made from epoxy powder coated ductile iron (ASTM A536) and a valve stem crafted from 416 stainless steel.
Operating within a temperature range from -22 °F (-30 °C) to 250 °F (121 °C), this valve is capable of handling maximum operating pressures of 232 psi (1600 kPa) and a maximum differential pressure of 150 psi (1034 kPa). The valve's flow characteristic is modified linear, ensuring precise control with a rangeability ratio of 10:1 and a leakage rate of 0%. The actuator included is the MBP7HEBH/U, a fail-in-place type with a 75% duty cycle, rated for NEMA 4X IP66/67 and equipped with a heater.
This valve is designed for chilled or hot water applications with up to 60% glycol, making it suitable for diverse fluid control needs. The valve's start position is port A normally closed, and it features a flanged connection compatible with ANSI Class 125/150 standards.
