Non-Load Disconnect 9F61 EK-3
Product Description
The Non-Load Disconnect 9F61 EK-3 serves a critical role in potential transformer circuits by providing isolation for the equipment it protects. This device is engineered for applications in various settings including industrial plants, hospitals, shopping centers, schools, and office buildings.
It is important to note that this disconnecting switch does not facilitate load-breaking; therefore, the circuit must be de-energized prior to disconnection of the fuse. The switch is equipped with live parts at both ends and can be mounted in either vertical or horizontal orientations.
Designed for indoor installations, the EK type features a robust construction with a steel base and a Glastic insulator, complemented by a gray porcelain insulator. The contact material comprises bronze with AG plated copper, ensuring reliable connectivity. The device operates within an AC voltage range of 2750 to 25800 VAC and is compatible with bus connection terminals. Please consult Technical Services for information regarding CE conformity, ROHS compliance, and lead-free specifications.
