Product Description
The A30QS Amp-Trap® high speed fuse is designed specifically for the protection of power semiconductors, including diodes and phase control SCRs. Operating at a maximum voltage of 300V, this fuse is suitable for both AC and DC applications, ensuring critical protection for semiconductor devices. With an ampere rating of 2000A, it is capable of handling significant electrical loads.
The A30QS model features a high-speed characteristic, with a maximum breaking capacity of 47 kA, making it ideal for new applications where rapid response to overcurrent conditions is essential. The fuse has a diameter of 4 inches and is constructed with a body insulating material of GMG and silver-plated brass terminals, ensuring durability and reliability. Its bolted mounting design facilitates secure installation.
