Product Description
The Amp-Trap 2000® AJT fuses are designed to provide both non-indication and a SmartSpot visual indicator for open circuits. These fuses utilize advanced material technology to achieve IEC Type 2 No Damage protection across main, feeder, and branch circuits, accommodating various load types while occupying only half the mounting space required by standard 600VAC Class RK fuses.
With a rated voltage of 600V AC and 500V DC, the AJT series is optimized for 50/60 Hz applications. Its time-delay characteristics are particularly suited for managing typical inrush currents encountered with motors and transformers, in addition to offering superior current-limiting capabilities. The fuse features a maximum interrupting rating of 200 kA, ensuring robust performance in critical applications.
Constructed with a body made from GMG insulating material, and equipped with silver-plated copper terminals, the AJT fuse supports both clip and bolted mounting options. The compact dimensions, measuring 4.63 inches in length and 1.06 inches in diameter, facilitate installation in space-constrained environments. This product is also ROHS compliant.
