Product Description
The Protistor® fuse-links operate at a rated voltage of 1250 VAC and are designed to provide optimal protection for power conversion equipment. These aR ultra-fast acting fuse-links feature a compact design tailored for enhanced performance, including an impressive breaking capacity of 200 kA. Each fuse-link is constructed with pure silver, die-cut elements embedded in solidified sand, which minimizes arcing and contributes to a lower I²t of 3780 A²s while achieving a melting I²t of 470 A²s. The use of silver-plated brass for connection terminals ensures reliable conductivity, and the ceramic insulating material enhances durability.
In addition to their robust design, these fuse-links can be equipped with a low voltage trip-indicator that is compatible with a field mountable microswitch, providing an added layer of functionality. All components are designed to meet both IEC and UL standards, with the fuse-links belonging to the Protistor® product line, specifically rated for use between 1100 and 1250 VAC (IEC) or up to 1300 VAC (UL).
