Product Description
This 5 pole male XLR receptacle is equipped with switching contacts that are activated by the mating connector, enabling the monitoring and control of the mated connection. The receptacle includes a separate ground contact connected to the mating connector shell and front panel, ensuring compliance with best practices for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC).
It offers a normal open and normal closed contact configuration, similar to the A series, but features a metal mounting flange that provides a continuous circumferential ground contact to the chassis. This enhances EMC performance while maintaining durability.
With a flammability rating of UL 94 HB and compliance with IEC 61076-2-103, this receptacle operates within a temperature range of -30 °C to +80 °C. It meets a protection class of IP 40 and is designed for over 1000 mating cycles, with a vertical PCB mount for easy integration into various applications.
