Marking Foil for Zack Marker Strip - TML (EX5)R
Product Description
The marking foil for the zack marker strip, designated as TML (EX5)R, is a white adhesive roll measuring 5 mm in width and 30,000 mm in length. This foil is compatible with multiple labeling systems, including THERMOMARK ROLL 2.0 and THERMOMARK ROLLMASTER 300/600, and consists of 10 individual labels.
Designed to operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 150 °C, the foil is constructed from polyester and features a foil strength of 53 µm. It adheres securely with an acrylic adhesive, ensuring durability in various conditions. The product is compliant with RoHS and conforms to wipe resistance standards as per DIN EN 61010-1.
This marking solution is optimized for terminal block widths of 30000 mm, with each labeling field sized at 30,000 x 5 mm. It is recommended to store the foil in its original packaging at 23 °C with 50% relative humidity prior to use to maintain its quality.
