Product Description

The EML-ESD (50X10)RL-T is a white unlabeled equipment marking roll suitable for use with THERMOMARK ROLLMASTER 300/600, THERMOMARK X1.2, THERMOMARK ROLL X1, and THERMOMARK ROLL 2.0 printers. It provides a total of 10,000 individual labels, each with dimensions of 50 mm in width and 10 mm in length, making it ideal for a variety of labeling applications.

This product features a robust adhesive mounting type and is ESD safe, ensuring reliable performance in sensitive environments. The roll can operate under ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 150 °C, with assembly conditions requiring temperatures above 4 °C. Recommended storage is at 23 °C with 50% relative humidity, preferably in a dry and dark location while maintaining its original packaging.

Constructed from polyester, the labels possess a foil strength of 52 µm and an adhesive strength of 24 µm with an acrylic adhesive. The product complies with RoHS standards and has passed extensive testing for paint wetting impairment substances, ensuring it meets stringent industry requirements. This marking roll is designed to integrate seamlessly with the THERMOMARK ROLL series printers, enhancing productivity and efficiency in labeling tasks.
