Product Description

The MACX MCR-RTD-I-SP is a temperature measuring transducer designed to convert signals from resistance temperature detectors (RTDs) and resistors into analog 0/4 - 20 mA signals. It supports a variety of sensor types, including Pt, Ni, and Cu sensors in 2, 3, or 4-wire configurations, allowing for flexible integration into temperature measurement systems.

With a nominal supply voltage of 24 V DC and a supply voltage range of 19.2 V DC to 30 V DC, this device ensures reliable operation across various applications. It features a three-way electrical isolation, which enhances safety by separating input and output circuits. The device's step response time is ≤ 1.7 seconds, with a typical transmission error of 0.1% for a 300 K span.

It is designed for DIN rail mounting, with dimensions of 12.5 mm in width, 107.9 mm in height, and a depth of 113.7 mm. The enclosure provides a degree of protection rated at IP20, suitable for indoor environments. The MACX MCR-RTD-I-SP can operate in ambient temperatures ranging from -40 °C to 49 °C and can withstand storage temperatures between -40 °C and 80 °C.

The device's housing is constructed from PA 6.6-FR material, which meets the UL 94 V0 flammability rating, ensuring safety in demanding applications. It also features a green LED status display for monitoring supply voltage.
