Product Description

The device connector, designated as VS-FSBPYS-OE-94H/5,0 SCO, is engineered for rear mounting applications utilizing Ethernet hybrid CAT5 technology, compliant with IEC 11801:2002 standards, and supports transmission speeds of up to 100 Mbps.

This connector incorporates an 8-position flush-type female design and is equipped with a straight M12-SPEEDCON locking mechanism. It is optimized for hybrid cable integration, with an M16 x 1.5 thread type ensuring secure installation. The connector also includes a locking nut within the delivery scope.

Constructed from nickel-plated zinc die-cast, this device connector is designed to operate within a temperature range of -25 °C to 80 °C for the plug and socket, and -40 °C to 80 °C for the cable in fixed installations. It meets a protection degree of IP67, ensuring durability in demanding environments.

Electrical specifications include a nominal voltage of 48 V AC for both power and data, with a nominal current of 0.5 A for data transmission. The connector features a low contact resistance of ≤ 3 mΩ and excellent insulation resistance of ≥ 5 GΩ*km, making it suitable for reliable data and signal applications.

The cable assembly consists of a hybrid cable with a conduction structure of 1x4xAWG26 for signal lines and 1x4xAWG20 for power supply. It supports dynamic load capacities with a bending endurance rated for up to 2,000,000 cycles, making it a robust choice for industrial automation.
