Product Description

The SACC-SQ-M12FS-8CON-20-L180 is a front mounting device connector characterized by its universal 8-position configuration. With a straight plug and square flange design measuring 20 mm on each side, it ensures secure connections through solder pins with a conductor cross-section of 0.25 mm².

This connector is compliant with RoHS II regulations without Exemption 6c, ensuring a lead content of less than 0.1%. It features a shielded design with a coding type A and is constructed with materials that include a GD-Zn housing and a contact carrier made from PA 6.6. The contact itself is composed of CuZn with a gold-plated surface, enhancing conductivity.

Operational specifications include a nominal voltage of 30 V and a nominal current of 2 A, with a rated surge voltage capability of 0.8 kV. Its contact resistance is maintained at ≤ 3 mΩ, and it offers an insulation resistance of ≥ 100 MΩ. The connector is rated for overvoltage category III and pollution degree 3, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

Designed for durability, the connector supports over 100 insertion and withdrawal cycles and can operate effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from -25 °C to 85 °C.
