The SACC-M12MS-8CON-PG11-M is a versatile 8-position M12 plug connector designed for universal applications. Featuring a straight cable outlet and screw connection, this connector ensures a secure and reliable connection for various conductors. The knurl material is made of brass, nickel-plated, providing durability and resistance to corrosion. The cable gland Pg11 accommodates external cable diameters ranging from 8 mm to 10 mm.

Engineered for safe use in the field, the connector boasts a high degree of protection, compliant with IP67 standards. It is designed to withstand harsh environmental conditions, with an ambient operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The connector meets the stringent requirements of IEC 61076-2-101 standards, ensuring compatibility and performance.

The housing is made of durable PBT material, while the contact carrier is constructed from PA. The contacts are made of CuZn with an Au surface, ensuring excellent conductivity and low contact resistance (≤ 8 mΩ). The connector supports a nominal voltage of 30 V AC/DC and a nominal current of 2 A, making it suitable for various industrial applications.

For ease of installation, the connector features a screw connection method, supporting conductor cross-sections from 0.25 mm² to 0.5 mm² (solid) and AWG 26 to 22 (with ferrule). The tightening torque specifications are 0.4 Nm for the M12 knurl and 1 Nm for the pressure screw with sleeve housing.
