Product Description

The SACC-DSI-MS-5CON-L180/SH VT is a sensor/actuator plug designed for reliable connections in various applications. This connector is equipped with a violet contact carrier and 5 positions, following the M12 SPEEDCON specifications. The rear mounting configuration employs an M16 thread, ensuring secure installation and ease of use.

This connector is shielded and A-coded, providing robust protection against electromagnetic interference. It features a straight solder connection, with a solder pin length of 6 mm, allowing for effective electrical performance. The housing material is constructed from GD-Zn, coated with nickel, while the contact carrier is made from PA 6.6. The contacts themselves are composed of CuZn with a gold-plated surface for optimal conductivity.

The connector is rated for a nominal voltage of 60 V and a nominal current of 4 A, with an insulation resistance of ≥ 100 MΩ and a contact resistance of ≤ 3 mΩ. It operates effectively within an ambient temperature range of -25 °C to 85 °C. The device also complies with the UL 94 V0 flammability rating and achieves a degree of protection of IP67 when connected. Note that it is designed for indoor use only, classified under UL Type 4.
