Product Description

The SACC-DSI-FSD-4CON-L180/SH TQ is a rear-mounting device connector specifically designed for data transmission applications. It incorporates a four-position socket with a shielded, D-coded configuration, ensuring reliable connectivity in Ethernet networks. The connector is compliant with the M12 standard and features a SPEEDCON locking mechanism, which facilitates quick and secure connections.

Constructed from high-quality materials, the housing is made of GD-Zn with a nickel surface finish, while the contact carrier is composed of PA 6.6. This configuration provides a degree of protection rated at IP67 when plugged in, making it suitable for harsh environmental conditions. The connector's rated surge voltage is 2.5 kV, and it supports transmission speeds up to 100 Mbps under the CAT5 standard as per IEC 11801:2002.

Operational temperature ranges extend from -40 °C to 70 °C for fixed installations, and from -50 °C to 70 °C for flexible installations. The connector is designed to maintain a contact resistance of ≤ 3 mΩ and an insulation resistance of ≥ 100 MΩ. Additionally, the device accommodates a wire diameter of 1 mm inclusive of insulation, ensuring compatibility with various cable types.

As specified in the Designation Code, this connector includes a lock nut for secure fastening. It is suitable for a variety of industrial applications where Ethernet communication is essential, providing reliable performance in data transmission scenarios.
