The FO converter with SC duplex fiber optic connection operates at a wavelength of 1300 nm, enabling the conversion of 100Base-TX signals to multi-mode fiberglass. This device, identified by the designation code FL MC 2000T SC, is equipped with an Auto MDI(X) function which simplifies network connections by automatically configuring the Ethernet interface. Additionally, it provides comprehensive link diagnostics for efficient monitoring.

Designed for DIN rail mounting, this converter functions effectively within a broad temperature range of -40 °C to 75 °C, making it suitable for various industrial applications. Its construction ensures reliable operation, with a vibration resistance compliant with EN 60068-2-6 and shock resistance according to EN 60068-2-27 standards.

In terms of connectivity, it features a shielded RJ45 jack and can handle conductor cross-sections from 0.20 mm² to 2.50 mm². The device supports a data rate of 10/100 Mbps and has a maximum transmission length of 8 km over fiberglass. The converter is also CE-compliant and adheres to the EMC Directive 2014/30/EU, ensuring its compatibility with electromagnetic standards.
