Product Description
The MACX MCR-SL-2I-2I-HV-ILP is a two-channel input loop-powered isolator featuring increased cut-off voltage and a plug-in connection for effective electrical isolation of analog signals. The device operates with an input and output signal of 0(4) mA to 20 mA, ensuring signal fidelity.
This isolator supports a maximum temperature coefficient of ≤ 0.002 %/K (with a 100 Ω load), maintaining precision in varying temperature conditions. The typical transmission error is 0.08 % of the final value, with a test voltage rating of 5 kV AC for robust performance.
Designed for DIN rail mounting, it has a compact size of 12.5 mm in width, 112.5 mm in height, and 113.7 mm in depth, accommodating various installation environments. The unit features a screw connection method with a conductor cross-section range of 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm² (AWG 24 to 14) and a stripping length of 7 mm.
With a supply voltage range that is loop-powered, no external supply is necessary, allowing for versatility in deployment. The isolator also adheres to EN/IEC 60079-0 standards and has a degree of protection rated at IP20, suitable for indoor applications.
