Temperature Measuring Transducer - MACX MCR-SL-RTD-I-SP-NC
Product Description
The MACX MCR-SL-RTD-I-SP-NC temperature transducer is designed to convert signals from various resistance temperature detectors (RTDs), including Pt, Ni, and Cu sensors, into analog signals ranging from 0 to 20 mA. This device supports a temperature measuring range of -200 °C to 850 °C, depending on the sensor type utilized. It is equipped with a maximum permissible overall conductor resistance of 50 Ω per cable and an input signal range of 0 Ω to 2000 Ω, ensuring versatile application across various temperature sensing needs.
With a programmable configuration, this transducer allows for a sensor input current between 200 µA and 1 mA. The output can be configured for current output signals of either 0 mA to 20 mA or 4 mA to 20 mA, accommodating a load of up to 500 Ω. In the event of a sensor error, the behavior can be defined according to NE 43 or customized as required.
Operating under ambient conditions ranging from -20 °C to 60 °C, while maintaining functionality up to an altitude of 2000 m, the device guarantees reliable performance in diverse environments. It features a degree of protection rated at IP20 and complies with EMC standards, including EN 61000-6-2 for noise immunity.
In terms of connectivity, the transducer employs a push-in connection method, suitable for conductor cross sections from 0.2 mm² to 1.5 mm², making installation straightforward. The transducer is also designed to function in various mounting positions with a compact profile, measuring 12.5 mm in...
