Product Description

The DEK-REL- 24/O/1 is a relay terminal block equipped with soldered miniature relays, suitable for small to medium loads. It features one normally open (N/O) contact, operating at an input voltage of 24 V AC/DC, and is designed for assembly on NS 35/7.5 with a terminal width of 6.2 mm.

Constructed for a long mechanical service life of approximately 20 million cycles, this module operates under an overvoltage category of III and a pollution degree of 2. The typical input current at nominal voltage is 6.5 mA, with a response time of 5 ms and a release time of 15 ms. The contact material is crafted from AgNi, hard gold-plated, allowing for a maximum switching voltage of 250 V AC and a limiting continuous current of 3 A.

With an ambient temperature range of -20 °C to 50 °C for operation, and -20 °C to 70 °C for storage, the module is suitable for diverse environmental conditions. The connection method utilizes screw connections, supporting conductor cross-sections from 0.2 mm² to 2.5 mm². Additionally, a bridge rectifier is included for protective circuitry, along with a yellow LED for operating voltage display.

Use of EB 80-DIK... bridges in the DEK terminal blocks: Absorption of humidity from the ambient air as well as an unfavorable tolerance between a larger number of DEK terminal blocks and the EB 80-DIK... bridge may cause (minor) expansion of the DEK housing. When the EB 80-DIK... bridges are used, therefore, it is recommended that these be disconnected after about 10 to 12 DEK terminal blocks and a wire bridge to the next DEK terminal block be inserted in their place.
