Product Description
This angular planetary gearbox is part of the Lexium SD3 series, which includes three-phase stepper drives and motors. It is specifically designed to adapt the speeds and torques of motors with an external diameter of 80mm.
With a reduction ratio of 3:1, the gearbox provides a continuous output torque of 40 N.m at 100 RPM and a maximum output torque of 64 N.m at the same speed and temperature of 30°C. The maximum axial force is rated at 1200 N, and it can withstand a maximum radial force of 650 N at 100 RPM, ensuring reliable performance over its service life of approximately 30,000 hours at the same operational conditions.
This gearbox is constructed from black anodized aluminum and is lubricated for life, weighing 4.4 kg. It is rated IP54, making it suitable for various industrial environments with ambient temperatures ranging from -25°C to 90°C. The gearbox can be mounted in any position, enhancing its versatility in applications.
