Product Description
This standard MX shunt trip is specifically designed for use with Compact NSXm and PowerPact B devices. It serves as an auxiliary for emergency shutdown or remote opening operations. The device incorporates a one-click spring type auxiliary, allowing for rapid installation, which is visually accessible from the front face.
Rated for 110/130 VAC at 50/60Hz or 125 VDC, this shunt trip activates the circuit breaker when the control voltage exceeds 70% of its rated value. It adheres to the IEC 60947-2 standard, ensuring reliable performance in control applications.
Notably, the MX device operates with a control circuit voltage range of 110 to 130 V AC and 125 V DC, and demonstrates a response time of less than 50 ms. It is compatible with the ComPacT NSXm new generation and also supports the PowerPact B devices, which utilize either a 1 MN or 1 MX coil. This MX auxiliary is a voltage release type that enhances control capabilities within electrical systems.
