Lifecycle Status:

The TeSys Hybrid ultra compact reverse safety starter is designed for the control and protection of 3-phase motors, with a maximum capacity of 3kW at 400V (3HP at 480V). This hybrid technology provides an ultra-compact design, measuring just 22.5mm in width, while also offering extended electrical durability up to 30 million cycles. The starter offers control for two directions of rotation and adjustable motor current ranging from 1.5A to 6.5A. It features class 10A thermal overload protection with auto/manual/remote reset, phase loss and phase unbalanced protection, stall and jam motor protection.

The TeSys Hybrid reverse safety starter is supplied with a 24V DC power source and includes logic inputs for forward/reverse motor direction and remote reset after thermal tripping. It also features a 1C/O contact relay for fault indication and an LED status on the front face for indication of tripping and motor running.

This starter is equipped with an integrated Safe Torq Off (STO) function, certified to SIL3 level according IEC61508-1 and PLe level according ISO13849-1. It can be easily integrated into safety chain applications. The DIN rail mounting design allows for easy installation, while the spring terminals provide reliable connections for control and power.
