This pressure switch, classified under the XML range, is designed for effective regulation of pressure levels in hydraulic systems. With a maximum pressure capacity of 10 bar, it allows for an adjustable switching point range from 0.7 bar to 10 bar (10.15 psi to 145 psi), facilitating precise control of hydraulic oils, fresh water, and air at temperatures up to +160°C.

The device incorporates a diaphragm pressure actuator and features two C/O single-pole, simultaneous snap action contacts. Its construction includes a zinc alloy case and a G 1/4 female fluid connector, with an entry tapped M20 x 1.5 mm for ISO cable glands. Electrical connections are made via screw-clamp terminals suitable for wire sizes of 1 x 0.5...2 x 2.5 mm².

This product adheres to several standards including UL, CSA, EAC, CE, and IEC/EN 60947-5-1. It features a local display for operational monitoring and operates reliably in any position. Additionally, it has a maximum permissible accidental pressure of 22.5 bar and a destruction pressure rating of 45 bar.

Accessories such as a knurled adjustment knob, fixing plate, and sealing gaskets are available separately to enhance functionality. The pressure switch's mechanical durability is rated for 5 million cycles, ensuring longevity in demanding applications.
