The XMLG electronic pressure sensor is designed for accurate measurement in various applications, including fresh water, refrigeration fluids, hydraulic oils, and corrosive liquids, within a temperature range of -15°C to 125°C. Its G 1/4 A DIN 3852-E male fluid connection ensures compatibility with standard fittings, while the M12 connector allows for reliable electrical connectivity.

Constructed with a ceramic Al2O3 sensing element and a body made from stainless steel AISI 303, this sensor is suitable for corrosive environments. The device exhibits a mechanical durability rating of up to 10 million cycles, minimizing maintenance requirements in pressurized fluid circuits. It operates effectively across various positions and is designed to withstand pressures up to 15 bar, with a maximum accidental pressure of 13.5 bar.

In terms of electrical characteristics, the sensor operates at a supply voltage of 24 V DC and consumes less than 20 mA. It features a response time of less than 2 milliseconds and maintains a measurement accuracy of ±0.3% of the measuring range. The sensor complies with several standards, including EN/IEC 61326-2-3 and UL 508, ensuring its reliability in industrial applications.
