Lifecycle Status:

The XMLR pressure sensor is engineered to monitor the pressure of various fluids including fresh water, air, hydraulic oil, and refrigeration fluid. It operates within a pressure range of 0 bar to 10 bar, while also tolerating a maximum accidental pressure of 40 bar and a destruction pressure of 580 psi. Constructed from 316L stainless steel, the sensor ensures durability and resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for demanding applications.

With a compact design, the sensor includes a G 1/4 DIN 3852-Y (female) fluid connection and a M12 electrical connector. It is ideal for use in molding and thermoforming presses, injection machines, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and water treatment processes. The XMLR model allows for a 300° rotation of the body, enabling optimal orientation after installation.

This device is certified for compliance with CE, EAC, cULus, and meets EN/IEC 61326-2-3 and UL 61010-1 standards. The integrated display provides configuration functions and diagnostic capabilities, with response times as fast as 50 ms. Accessories such as fixing brackets and pre-wired connectors are available separately to enhance installation flexibility.

In terms of electromagnetic compatibility, the sensor is designed to withstand various environmental factors, ensuring reliable performance in diverse conditions.
