The XS9 series offers a range of inductive proximity sensors designed for the non-contact detection of metallic objects. The sensor is not flush mountable and includes a 5-position turret head, facilitating versatile installation options.

It operates on a two-wire DC configuration with a voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, equipped with reverse polarity protection to enhance reliability. The analogue output signal ranges from 4 mA to 20 mA, providing precise feedback for various applications. With a nominal sensing distance of 25 mm, the sensor delivers accurate detection without physical contact, minimizing wear and accommodating fragile or freshly painted surfaces.

Designed to withstand harsh conditions, this sensor adheres to IP67, IP65, and IP69K protection standards, suitable for diverse operational environments. It conforms to multiple certifications including CE, CSA, and UL, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
