Product Description
The photoelectric sensor XUX is designed for single mode operation utilizing a thru-beam system. Housed in a compact case made from PBT, it offers durability and high performance in demanding environments. With a supply voltage range of 12 to 24 VDC, this sensor supports discrete output functions and features a sensing distance of up to 40 m when paired with the appropriate transmitter.
Its construction includes a painted aluminum and polyamide design, allowing for flexible mounting options via four fixing points. The sensor is equipped with a PMMA lens that is scratch-resistant, ensuring longevity and reliability. With an operational temperature range of -25°C to +55°C, it can withstand extreme conditions.
Additionally, the sensor is rated IP65 and IP67, providing robust protection against dust and water ingress. A dual LED display indicates the operational status and beam stability, facilitating easier troubleshooting. Furthermore, the sensor includes double insulation for enhanced safety against electrical shocks, and it is certified by CE, CSA, and UL standards.
