The SMC AV2000/3000/4000/5000-A Soft Start Valve series is designed to gradually raise initial pressure in an air system, ensuring a smooth start-up and preventing sudden cylinder extensions. The AV4000-F04-5DZB-A model is equipped with a push-turn locking manual override and a light/surge voltage suppressor for enhanced operational safety and reliability. This valve offers improved flow rate characteristics, up to 2.3 times better than previous models, and features a built-in silencer for reduced noise and a smaller profile. The energy-saving design ensures no air flow when the main valve is switched, reducing power consumption significantly. This valve is ideal for applications requiring precise control of air supply and quick exhaust capabilities.
