The SMC CKZT Power Clamp Cylinder without arm is designed for robust and reliable clamping in industrial automation settings. Featuring a 40 mm bore size and a 90° arm opening angle, this cylinder ensures precise and consistent performance. The double-acting mechanism allows for efficient clamping and unclamping operations, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.

Equipped with a Turck proximity switch, the CKZT40-90T model provides accurate position detection with a continuous load current of 150 mA and a response frequency of 30 Hz. The cylinder port is threaded with a G type connection, ensuring compatibility with various pneumatic systems. The rubber bumper cushioning on the unclamping side reduces impact and prolongs the cylinder's lifespan.

Constructed with PBT-GP30 housing material, the CKZT power clamp cylinder offers excellent durability and resistance to environmental factors. The unit operates within a temperature range of -10 to 60°C, making it suitable for diverse industrial environments. The cylinder is designed to handle a maximum operating pressure of 0.8 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.2 MPa, ensuring reliable performance under demanding conditions.

For added convenience, the CKZT series includes a manually operated handle option and a base type with a rubber cover to prevent contamination from spatter, dust, and other particles.
