Product Description

The SAIL-M12GM12W-3L1.0T is a connecting line designed for sensor and actuator applications. This cable features an M12 to M12 configuration with 3 poles, ensuring reliable connectivity in various environments.

Constructed with a sheath material of PUR, it offers durability and flexibility, with a temperature range suitable for both stationary (-40 to +105 °C) and moving applications (-30 to +105 °C). The external diameter of the cable is 4.9 ± 0.2 mm, facilitating easy integration into existing systems.

With a rated voltage of 24 V and a rated current of 4 A, this line can accommodate diverse electrical requirements. The contact surfaces are gold-plated to enhance conductivity, while the housing maintains an IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 protection degree when securely connected, providing resistance against dust and water ingress.

Additional features include a bending radius of 4 x cable diameter when stationary and 7.5 x cable diameter when in motion, along with a minimum of 10 million bending cycles, making it suitable for dynamic applications. The product is compliant with IEC 61076-2-101 standards and holds necessary approvals such as UL and ROHS.
