Product Description

This M12 female socket connector is specifically designed for sensor and actuator lines, featuring a 5-pole configuration and a 3-meter cable length. The connector adheres to the IEC 61076-2-101 standard and is suitable for environments with a high degree of protection rated IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 when properly connected.

The housing is constructed from durable PUR material, while the threaded ring is made of diecast zinc, ensuring robust performance across varying conditions. This connector operates effectively within a temperature range of -25 to +80 °C and can handle a rated voltage of 125 V and a rated current of 4 A. Additionally, the contact surfaces are gold-plated for enhanced conductivity.

With a net weight of 128 g, this connector is engineered for a minimum of 100 plugging cycles and exhibits excellent resistance to bending and torsion, making it suitable for use in cable carriers. The cable features a core cross-section of 0.34 mm² and is not shielded, with the insulation material being PP. The external sheath is black, halogen-free, and complies with UL AWM style 20233.

According to the classification standards, it meets various technical specifications, including an insulation strength of 108 Ω and an acceleration capability of 5 m/s².
