Product Description

The BCL-SMT 3.81/09/90LFI 1.5SN BK BX is a precisely engineered PCB plug-in connector with a female header configuration. It supports THT/THR solder connections and features a pin pitch of 3.81 mm and a 90° elbow. Each of the nine poles is equipped with two solder pins, each measuring 1.5 mm in length.

This connector is rated for a maximum current of 10 A and a voltage of 300 V as per UL 1059 standards. Additionally, it can withstand surge voltages up to 320 V under pollution degree II conditions, and has a rated impulse voltage of 2.5 kV. The insulating material is LCP GF, colored black, with a Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of ≥ 175, ensuring reliability under various operating conditions.

With a wide operating temperature range from -50 °C to 120 °C, this connector is suitable for diverse applications. Its design includes a touch-safe protection rating of IP 20, ensuring safety during operation. The dimensions of the packaging are 495 mm in length, 355 mm in width, and 182 mm in height, with a net weight of 3.688 g. For compliance, the connector adheres to multiple standards including CSA and IEC certifications.
