Product Description

This connecting line is designed for sensor and actuator applications, utilizing the M12 connector standard as per IEC 61076-2-101. The SAIL-M12WM12G-4S10U variant features a pin, angled to a straight bush configuration and is suitable for a range of environments due to its IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 protection ratings when securely connected.

The cable includes four poles with a core cross-section of 0.34 mm² and measures 10 meters in length, with an outer diameter of 5.4 ± 0.2 mm. Constructed from PUR sheath material, it exhibits resistance to hydrolysis and microbes, and is halogen-free. The temperature range for stationary applications extends from -40 °C to +80 °C, while it can operate moving between -25 °C to +80 °C.

With a rated voltage of 250 V and a rated current of 4 A, the cable supports a maximum acceleration of 5 m/s² and is rated for 200 m/min speed. It is engineered to withstand up to 2 million bending cycles, ensuring durability in dynamic applications. The contact surfaces are gold-plated to enhance conductivity.

Additional specifications include a tightening torque of 0.8 - 1.2 Nm for M12 connectors, and it is classified under multiple standards, including cULus with the certificate number E307231.
