Product Description

The SAIL-M12BW-4-3.0UGE is designed as a sensor and actuator line, featuring a 4-pole M12 connector without a termination at one end. It includes a 3 m cable constructed from PUR sheath material, and is angled for optimized installation. This model adheres to the IEC 61076-2-101 connector standard, ensuring compatibility with various systems.

With a rated voltage of 250 V and a current rating of 4 A, this product is suitable for multiple applications. The cable features a core cross-section of 0.34 mm² and an outside diameter of 4.7 ± 0.2 mm, allowing for efficient electrical performance. The connector is designed to operate within a temperature range of -25°C to +80°C, making it versatile for both stationary and moving installations.

Compliance with various standards ensures reliability; it meets cULus approvals and is ROHS compliant. The protection degree of IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 is achieved when the connector is properly secured, providing robust environmental resistance. The threaded ring is made of nickel-plated brass, contributing to its durability.

Notably, this product supports a high number of plugging cycles (≥ 100) and is resistant to hydrolysis and microbes. It is also designed to withstand bending cycles with a minimum bending radius of 5 times the cable diameter when stationary and 10 times when in motion. The configuration is suitable for cable carriers and has been tested for resistance to oils and flame spread, aligning with IEC and UL standards.
