Product Description

The SAIL-M8BW-3-1.5UGE is a sensor/actuator line designed with a M8 connection and an angled socket. It has a total length of 1.5 meters and includes three poles. The cable is constructed from PUR with a yellow sheath, while the inner cores are insulated with PP and color-coded in brown, blue, and black. The product operates effectively within a temperature range of -40 to +80 °C while being hydrolysis and microbe resistant.

In terms of connectivity, it adheres to the IEC 61076-2-104 standard and is rated for a voltage of 60 V and a current of 4 A. The contact surfaces are gold-plated, ensuring reliable conductivity. Furthermore, it has an impressive IP rating of IP65, IP66, IP67, and IP68 when properly secured, indicating its suitability for various environmental conditions.

This cable can withstand a bending radius of 5 times the cable diameter in stationary applications and 10 times in moving conditions, supporting bending cycles up to 5 million. The cable is also resistant to oils according to IEC 60811:404 and complies with various flame resistance standards, reinforcing its reliability in industrial applications.
