Product Description
This printed circuit board terminal is engineered with a width of 90.5 mm and a height of 56 mm, accommodating a solder pin length of 4.5 mm. The device incorporates a clamping yoke connection, allowing for a maximum clamping range of 50 mm². It is specifically designed for through-hole technology (THT) solder connections with a conductor outlet direction of 90°.
Rated at a voltage of 600 V for use groups B and C, the terminal supports a rated current of 126 A under the same conditions. It has also been tested according to IEC standards 60664-1 and 61984, ensuring reliable operation in various environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range between -50 °C and 120 °C.
The construction utilizes Wemid (PA) as the insulating material, which is colored black (RAL 9011) and meets the UL 94 flammability rating of V-0. Additional features include a Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of ≥ 600 and an insulation strength of ≥ 108 Ω. This terminal is compliant with multiple approval standards, including EAC and UR, and is suitable for diverse applications.
For installation, the terminal requires a minimum stripping length of 18 mm and a tightening torque ranging from 2.5 Nm to 4 Nm.
