Product Description

The PCB plug-in connector features a closed side male header designed for THT/THR solder connections, with a 5.08 mm pitch and a 180° outgoing elbow. This model accommodates four poles and has a solder pin length of 3.2 mm, which is tinned for enhanced conductivity.

In terms of rated data, the connector complies with UL 1059, with a rated voltage of 300 V for both use groups B and D, and a maximum rated current of 18.5 A for use group B. It is also tested according to IEC standards, allowing for a rated current of up to 27.5 A at 20°C across its minimum number of poles.

The connector is constructed from LCP GF insulating material, offering a high Comparative Tracking Index (CTI) of ≥ 175 and an insulation strength of ≥ 108 Ω. Operating temperatures range from -50°C to 100°C, ensuring suitability for various applications.
