Product Description

The sensor/actuator line SAIL-M12BG-8S5.0U is designed with an M12 female socket and offers 8 poles in a straight configuration. This product measures 5 meters in length and is constructed with a PUR sheath, ensuring durability and flexibility in various applications.

With a protection degree of IP67 when properly connected, this line is suitable for harsh environments. The connection thread is standard M12, and the housing is made from PUR, while the threaded ring is nickel-plated brass. This configuration supports a rated voltage of 30 V and a rated current of 2 A, making it ideal for industrial sensor and actuator tasks.

The cable features a core cross-section of 0.25 mm² and is shielded to prevent interference. The outer diameter measures 6.3 ± 0.2 mm, and it is designed to withstand a temperature range from -25 °C to +80 °C, making it versatile for both stationary and moving applications. Furthermore, the cable is compliant with UL AWM style 20549, and is suitable for cable carriers, offering torsion resistance of 360 °/m.

Other specifications include a minimum bending radius of 5 times the cable diameter for stationary use and 12 times for moving applications. This product is not equipped with an LED indicator and is rated for over 100 plugging cycles, making it a reliable choice for automation and control systems.
