The QL 806022 S2B0 is an empty enclosure designed for industrial applications, constructed from stainless steel 1.4301 (304) with a brushed finish. This enclosure measures 800 mm in height, 600 mm in width, and 220 mm in depth, providing a robust structure for various environments including harbor facilities, machine construction, and the marine engineering sector.

Designed to meet the standards of DIN EN 62208 and IEC 60529, the enclosure has a protection degree of IP66, ensuring effective resistance against dust and water ingress. The internal and external earthing is facilitated through welded-on M6 stainless steel earth studs and riveted earth tabs, enhancing safety and compliance.

With a maximum wall thickness of 1.5 mm and an impact resistance of 10 J, the enclosure is suitable for demanding applications. The lid opens at an angle of 125°, secured by a quarter-turn fastener. The polyurethane foamed seal material further ensures reliable sealing under varying environmental conditions, with an operating temperature range of -40 °C to 85 °C.

For installation, it includes fixing lugs and can be mounted via the housing rear wall. The enclosure is also certified under cULus with certificate number E243298, reflecting its conformity to safety standards.
