Description
The MXQ is the newest generation of precision slide tables integrated with hardened stainless steel guides and rails to isolate the load bearing from the movement of the dual rods and piston seals. The new MXQ is interchangeable in height dimension with the legacy style MXQ. Its recirculating ball bearings are matched by size to each slide table with a slight negative clearance resulting in greater accuracy. The MXQ s thinly formed special stainless steel slide table reduces thickness allowing for a larger guide pitch providing high rigidity. The slide table s reduced weigh also increases allowable kinetic energy. The stoppers and shock absorbers are positioned at the center axis to minimize load deflection. The dowel pin holes positioned on the center axis standardizes mounting conditions for the basic and symmetric styles. The end lock option prevents the slide table from dropping in vertical applications, enhancing safety in the event of air pressure loss.- Part Number
