Our magnetic field sensors for T-slots detect the piston position without contact through the cylinder walls. Features: can be mounted directly into the slot, firm grip, can be mounted flush for space-critical applications, can be used for cylinders and grippers with strong or weak magnets, bright LEDs. Extremely short configurations as well as sensors with metal housings or magnetic field-sensitive electronics are available.

PSE530 and 532 are remote pressure sensors with a 1 to 5V analog signal output. 530 is for a standard pneumatic system s pressure range, while the 532 model is for low pressure. PSE sensors measure pressure of any non-corrosive, non-flammable gas. An accuracy of 2% of the full scale rated pressure range is suitable for general purpose applications. The cable is replaceable, with a locking thread relief. PSE530 and PSE532 are CE and RoHS compliant, with IP40 enclosure ratings.

The BI5U-EM18H-AP6X-H1141 is an inductive sensor, designed with a rated switching distance of 5 mm. It features a flush, threaded barrel with a M18 x 1 connection, constructed from stainless steel 1.4301 and equipped with a Duroplast front cap for enhanced resistance to thermal and mechanical stress.This sensor is universally applicable across all metals, offering a protection class of IP68 and is resistant to magnetic fields. It boasts an extended temperature range and high switching frequency, operating at DC 3-wire with voltages ranging from 10 to 30 VDC. The sensor provides a NO contact output in PNP configuration, utilizing a M12 x 1 male connector.

PSE541 and PSE543 are remote vacuum sensors with a 1 to 5V analog signal output. The sensor construction optimizes space savings, for tight, constrained spaces. PSE541 is for a low vacuum (-101 to 0 kPa), while PSE543 is for compound pressure (-100 to 100 kPa). PSE sensors can monitor any non-corrosive, non-flammable gas. 8 different port options offer tremendous adaptability to various applications. The cable is molded into the sensor head and is not replaceable. PSE541 and PS543 are UL/CSA. CE amd RoHS compliant, with an IP40 enclosure rating.

Reed and solid state switches are available in a general purpose type or with 2-color indication, which allows the optimum operating position to be determined by the color of the light. Solid state switches are also available in 2-color indication with diagnostic output, water resistant 2-color indication, built-in OFF-delay timer (200 ms), magnetic field resistant, heat resistant and wide range detection configurations. Various lead wire lengths are available.

ISE35 is a digital pressure sensor that integrates with multiple regulators and FRL combinations from SMC, including series AC, AR, ARM, ARP and AW. The ISE35 mounts into a ported interface on any compatible series using an included mounting kit. A detachable 3-wire cable includes power and switch output leads. Instantaneous readings are shown on the 3 digit, 2 color display. The color can be set to red or green, or shifted from one to the other to alert when reaching a set point. An indicator for the switch output is also visible. Additional functions enhance security, power saving, and response time.

ZSE10 compact, digital pressure switch for vacuum/compound pressure has been reduced in height by approximately 50% when compared to the ZSE30A. IFW is a mechanical switch for the detection and confirmation of liquid flow. The flow body houses a diaphragm responsive to flow rate. A connected rod and lever mechanism triggers a micro switch at a manually adjustable set point. An optiional light, either neon (VAC) or LED (VDC), can indicate operation. Compatible liquids must be non-corrosive to the brass and copper alloy wetted parts and NBR or optional FKM diaphram. Wiring method can be normally open or closed with a range of voltages. A terminal box and CE compliance are also optional.

ISE20C is a digital pressure sensor offering compatibility with both compressed air and non-corrosive liquids. Compared to the ISE20, the ISE20C adds a 2nd switch output, as well as analog voltage or current output. The ISE20CH offers a 2 MPa pressure range. The 3-screen, 3-color display shows the instantaneous reading in red or green, and the setting label and its numerical value in orange. PSE560 and PSE564 are UL/CSA, CE and RoHS compliant, with IP65 enclosure ratings.
